About Me.
Ruchira Tripathi is the Lead Coach at Career Quest.
She uses her unique background in talent acquisition, assessment, and coaching to help individuals and organisations address their needs.
Ruchira has spent more than a decade in hiring talent for multinational organisations where she used best-in-class practices to identify and influence the right hire. She has screened thousands of candidate profiles and knows what strong profiles look like on paper, online, and in-person.
Ruchira has also worked with the government on projects that raise the quality of hire in a sector of focus. She has extensive experience in using psychometric tools for selection and is certified in MBTI, Sosie Personality Test, Strong Interest Inventory, and Behaviour-Based Interview training.
More recently, Ruchira has flipped her experience to coach individuals and organisations on finding the right fit in a career and a candidate respectively. Her services are targeted at:
